The back half of that Aitis Band track reminds me of when I would take "two of everything" and just check out for awhile. It's a nice ride to whatever dimension you want to get to. Is the rest of their stuff in this same vein?
Yeah, most of their stuff is in a similar vein. The Plantasia concerts allow more avant-grade musicians to reinterpret/reinvent the Music for Plants songs for their purposes. Aitis Band have like 3 other EPs-ish to their name, similar liminal/'respectfully contemplate the art gallery piece you have no fucking idea what it's about' stuff. One song recites part of the post-invasion Iraq constitution. I'm not exactly sick of them but their work is not something I fully get.
